SUPR adds Bracknell to its portfolio

SUPR is delighted to announce the purchase of the Tesco superstore in Bracknell. The property was acquired for £39.5m and is well positioned to complement the existing portfolio:

  • 73,638 sq. ft. Gross internal area

  • 44,899 sq. ft Net sales area

  • Annual, RPI linked rent reviews

  • Omnichannel store supporting online distribution

Ben Green, Director of Atrato Capital, the investment adviser to Supermarket Income REIT, said, “This omnichannel Tesco supermarket is an excellent addition to our portfolio. The store is situated in a prime location and is an important online grocery fulfilment hub, supporting both home delivery and click and collect."
