Our investment advisor has developed and manages the sustainability strategy for SUPR and reports on progress annually. The Board of SUPR has ultimate responsibility for the sustainability policies of SUPR.
Atrato Capital Ltd is the appointed manager for Super Market Income REIT PLC, and is responsible for setting and delivering the sustainability strategy.
The Board has direct responsibility for determining strategic direction and policy of sustainability. The CSR Committee is responsible for the operational implementation of the sustainability strategy. This is chaired by one of the Partners of Atrato Capital. The CSR Committee reports to the Board of SUPR.
All employees employed at Atrato Capital undertake a code of conduct training and anti-corruption training. In addition, support is also provided to employees wishing to pursue career enhancing qualifications.
